Refunds for game key purchases are generally not accepted due to the digital nature of the product. However, in exceptional cases, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Invalid Keys: If the game key you received is defective, invalid, or does not work as intended, please contact us at info@gamestreek.com within 14 days of purchase. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund.

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same game key multiple times, please contact us within 14 days, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase, provided the key has not been activated.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund or replacement.

5. Non-refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Game keys that have been activated or redeemed.

  • Products purchased outside of the 14-day period.

  • Products purchased by mistake or due to user error.

  • Any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

6. Cancellations
